Step 1

Go to the Tools menu and choose Trust Center...

Step 2

Go to the Add-ins section and click the Go button next to the manage comm add ins drop down menu, as shown below:

Click the Add button to the right hand side of the dialog box, as shown below:

Step 4

Browse to the eMailTrackerPro installation folder, default c:\Program Files\eMailTrackerPro, select the emt-outlookv2.dll file then click the Ok button as shown below.

Click Ok until you are back in the main Outlook GUI. The eMailTrackerPro button should now be visible. If not try restarting Outlook.
