By entering the login and server details for your mail server eMailTrackerPro can quickly and easily give you a list of your emails on the server. You can read, sort and delete any email before it reaches your machine.
NEW! Initial email scan
When your mail is being retrieved eMailTrackerPro pre scans every email to check for signs of SPAM, such as misdirection. eMail that is flagged as misdirected is in most cases SPAM although some legitimate emails can be misdirected. This allows you to quickly and easily identify SPAM or unwanted.
NEW! Multi email tracing
Another very prominent and much requested feature of the latest eMailTrackerPro is the ability to trace multiple emails at any one time. When all your emails have been retrieved you can select as many emails as you want and trace them. This saves untold amounts of time and allows you to quickly produce abuse reports to send to ISP's
NEW! Black lists and white lists
Another feature of the advanced edition is the ability to place any email on the white or black list. This helps even further in distinguishing between wanted and unwanted emails. eMails you get regularly from know people can be white listed and will show as a different colour in the 'MyInbox' tab. Likewise blacklisted emails will show up in another colour also.
NEW! eMail rules
Similar to black and white lists the rules option allows more specific criteria to be set. The benefit of this is again to save lots of time sifting through your emails trying to block SPAM and unwanted mail.
NEW! eMail preview
One of the many options in the advanced edition is to download a certain amount of the email body as they are retireved. Many spammers now manage to send emails and make them look as if they come from email addresses you actualy know! By downloading 30-40 lines of the email body you can simply double click the email to read it. This way you are not tricked into downloading emails you think are legitimate and putting your machine at risk.
NEW! Auto Check
eMailTrackerPro has the ability to auto check your mail server. You can leave eMailTrackerPro running in the background in the systray and when you recieve a new email you will be notified. If you have lots of work to do, and you dont have time to keep checking your email to see if that important email has come in then you can leave eMailTrackerPro to do the waiting for you! You are notified as soon as you have a new email!
